Map a pharmaceutical market out of open data — products, players, movement, and the signals that only show up when sources are reconciled against each other. A commercial case with messy inputs and no answer key.
Simulation of geopolitical shocks on supply chains
Model what a shock does to a supply chain before it happens — trace the dependencies out of open sources, then simulate how a disruption propagates through them. The hardest kind of open-data problem: the answer is a forecast, not a lookup.
